Spirituality Questionnaire

Megan Walberg, an undergraduate student from the University of Toronto, would like to invite you to participate in an online study. She and her supervisor are working on developing a standard questionnaire to assess the breadth of one's spirituality, as well as constructing a tool to support investigations of spirituality (and healing) and its relationship to various health outcomes. The study can be completed online and takes approximately 1 hour.
